Committee Chairs - Don't Forget:
All necessary forms can be printed below with the exception of the NYS Tax Exempt form. Copies of this form can be found in the Harley PTA Room.
- Please send all committee flyers to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days prior to distribution date. Co-Presidents will forward to Copying Committee once principal's approval is obtained. Please include any special instructions for copies.
- If you would like to request volunteers from JGHS, please contact Debbie Weiss at email@example.com.
- If you make any purchases for your committee, please remember to use the NYS Tax Exempt Form handed out at the Chairpersons' meeting in September. Sales tax will not be reimbursed unless prior permission from the Treasurer is given.
- Say "thank you" to organizations and local businesses who have made contributions to your event! Please e-mail the name and contact information of the organizations you need to thank to Joann Zalak at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please submit expense voucher along with receipts to Heather Ross, Treasurer in a timely manner.
- When the work of your committee is completed, you MUST submit a brief Committee Report so that future chairs will have an idea of what needs to be done. You can fill out the report online or print out a hard copy from the selection below.
